Angela Lawson has resided in the City of Black Jack for 24 years. She has worked as an independent Right-of-Way consultant for nearly 30 years, with an extensive background in negotiation to acquire real property and provide relocation services in the public and private sectors. Angela is also a trained civil and community mediator and has 15 years of experience in working with individuals, organizations, and businesses to resolve disputes through mediation, negotiation, and facilitation.
Angela is a member of the St. Louis County Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association, the Community Emergency Response Team and City of Black Jack Board of Adjustment.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University, a real estate license, and several professional designations and certifications.
