You do not need to be a Black Jack resident to use the park or rent the pavilions.

The park offers tennis courts, horseshoe pits,two baseball fields, two pavilions, two playgrounds, & a soccer field.

PAVILIONS

To reserve a pavilion at the Harold J. Evangelista Park located at 13755 Old Jamestown Road, simply call City Hall at 355-0400. There are 2 pavilions available for rental: Rentals can only be placed up to 100 days in advance.

The cost to rent a pavilion is $50.00 for the small pavilion and $60.00 for the large pavilion. $15.00 will be refunded if pavilion is properly cleaned up. Call for more information.

Pavilion 1 - holds 30-40 people, located by the tennis courts, bar-b-que pit, drinking fountain, & electricity.

Pavilion 2 - holds 75-100 people, located at the top of the steps to the North end of the park, bar-b-que pit, drinking fountain, & electricity.
