SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

The City Clerk called the roll and the following members were present:

Councilman Schroeder Councilman Allen

Excused: Councilwoman Muller
The City Clerk attested to the fact that a quorum was present. Mayor McCourt called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Councilman Allen moved to address Miscellaneous Business before Pending Legislation. Motion was seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote of the Council.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Councilman Krank moved to allow Mayor Norman McCourt to sign the License Agreement from Sears, Roebuck and Company in relationship to the City’s annual festival. Motion was seconded and passed when a poll of the Council produced the following vote:

PENDING LEGISLATION
Councilman Allen moved to place Resolution #110604, entitled, BUDGET ADJUSTMENT – DEMOLITION OF STAGE under Resolution and assigned himself as the sponsor. Motion was seconded and passed by a unanimous voice vote of the Council.

RESOLUTION
Resolution #110604, entitled, BUDGET ADJUSTMENT – DEMOLITION OF STAGE was read in its entirety. Councilman Allen moved to place Resolution #110604 on its passage. Motion was seconded and passed when a poll of the Council produced the following vote:
