Second reading of Bill #1104, entitled, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 693 AND 868, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF THIS ORDINANCE HIRING THE FIRM OF GREENSFELDER, HEMKER & GALE, P.C. AS COUNSEL TO THE CITY TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF PROSECUTING ATTORNEY FOR VIOLATIONS OF LAW IN THE CITY OF BLACK JACK AND AS SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR THE CITY OF BLACK JACK, AND PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES AND COMPENSATION THEREFORE. Review and consider approval of 2011/2012 City of Black Jack Budget.

The City’s Annual Festival will be held on Saturday, June 25th at Jamestown Mall.
There will be Neighborhood Pre-Qualification/Education Seminar on Saturday, June 25th here at City Hall from 10 am to 3 pm.
