AbduRaqeeb(A J) Joseph White has been a resident of Black Jack for 8 years. A J is Sergeant at Arms in the Jamestown Homeowners Association. Married to Brenda Luckett-White has three adult Children. A J has attended Florissant Valley,Saint Louis University, Louisana State University, Dubia University, with Courses ranging from Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Middle Eastern Studies, and Contruction Management these courses all culminated in Western Illinois State,Bot Degree program. My Minor has been expanded to include Political Science since I Have been elected as Councilman to the Third Ward in the City of Black Jack.
My Goal is to unite the Ward three and its residents and encourage paticipation of third Ward residents in the political process to be proactive, accessible and accountable on issues that involve Ward three.
I have been awarded the Bronze Career Readiness Certificate, I also hold a Mrcc Minority Business Enterprise Certificate and is presently Chief Estimator of my Electrical Contracting company with licenses in Kansas City, St. Louis City and County.
